NAB Professional Services Awards Winners

O’Reilly Workplace Law is delighted to announce that we have been named winners in the 2 categories of Best Law Firm for QLD and the Best Law Firm for the practice area of Employment & Industrial Law, in the NAB & FirmChecker ‘Professional Services Awards 2018’. As well we were finalists in the categories Best Law Firm – Business Clients and Best Law Firm – Australia.

We are particularly honoured to have been successful in these awards as the awards were judged by our clients – the people who matter most to our business – based on a detailed surveys of client feedback. As a boutique Gold Coast based firm representing clients from South East Queensland and across Australia, we are so proud that we have been recognised nationally in this way for doing the work we love.

Each firm was rated on their Expertise, Reliability, Communication and Understanding of client needs, as well as a host of key drivers of client satisfaction. The best firms were determined by a combination of a weighted average of client satisfaction metrics, sample size and sentiment analysis of qualitative comments.

We would like to thank our clients for both providing us with the opportunity work with them, and for the trust that they place in us in every matter we are involved in. Also, a big thank you to those clients who took time out of their busy days to participate in the survey and give feedback about their experiences with us.
